Packverge Tours & Travel is a growing travel solutions company offering domestic and international travel packages, visa assistance, and customized travel planning. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with strong inside sales experience to join our team and help expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls related to travel packages and services.
Convert leads into customers through effective inside sales strategies.
Explain travel packages, visa services, and tour plans to potential clients.
Follow up with interested leads and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
Maintain proper records of leads and sales in CRM or internal systems.
Coordinate with operations and travel partners for smooth booking processes.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries.
Requirements
Must have experience in Inside Sales.
Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Basic knowledge of travel packages or tourism industry is preferred.
Comfortable working with sales targets.
Qualification
Graduate in any stream (preferred).
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in inside sales or travel sales.
Skills Required
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English).
Lead conversion and negotiation skills.
Customer relationship management.
Sales closing ability.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
