To assist the sales team in converting qualified leads into business deals by conducting site visits,
noting client wastewater challenges, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring smooth
communication between clients and the company.
2. Key Responsibilities
1 Support in conversion of leads into deals through consistent follow-ups.
2 Conduct site visits to observe STP/ETP operations and challenges.
3 Assist in product demonstrations and explain applications to clients.
4 Collect technical data (MLSS, BOD/COD, sludge handling, odor issues, etc.) from sites.
5 Coordinate with the technical team to recommend effective solutions.
6 Prepare site visit reports and share with management.
7 Provide initial on-site guidance during product usage or trials.
8 Maintain positive client relationships to promote repeat business.
3. Job Requirements
1 Education: Graduate in Science/Environmental Science/Microbiology/Chemistry/Engineering
preferred.
2 Experience: 0-1 years in sales support, wastewater treatment, or related technical sales.
Skills:
1 Good communication in English & Hindi.
2 Ability to simplify technical concepts for clients.
3 Strong client empathy and problem-solving approach.
Other Requirements:
1 Willingness to travel frequently within and outside Delhi.
2 Honest, self-motivated, and customer-oriented.
