Key Responsibilities:
Generate and convert leads for solar electrical materials and BOS products.
Build and maintain relationships with EPC companies, installers, and distributors.
Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and close sales orders.
Identify new business opportunities in rooftop and ground-mount solar projects.
Coordinate with the technical and logistics team for timely delivery and support.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Skills & Experience Required:
Experience: 1–5 years in Solar / Electrical Sales (Freshers with strong interest in solar can apply).
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical / Energy) preferred.
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of solar project materials and electrical components.
Must be comfortable using Excel / CRM / Email for reporting.
