International Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle 100+ inbound sales calls per day from US customers.

• Engage with potential clients professionally and convert leads into confirmed sales.

• Provide accurate product information and resolve customer queries.

• Meet or exceed monthly and weekly sales targets.

• Record all customer interactions and update CRM systems.

• Follow up with prospects to maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Work closely with the team to achieve collective goals.

Required Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in voice process or call centre operations.

• Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

• Experience in BPO / US sales / financial services preferred.

• Knowledge of stockbroking or financial markets is an advantage.
