Position Summary

A Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for generating property sales by identifying potential buyers, conducting property presentations, managing client relationships, and guiding customers through the property purchase process. Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development

  • Generate leads through referrals, networking, digital marketing, and site visits.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

  • Arrange and conduct property tours and site visits.

  • Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and the company.

  • Monitor real estate market trends and competitor activities.

  • Stay updated on property inventory, pricing, and regulations.

  • Identify new business opportunities and target markets.

6. Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.

  • Update CRM systems regularly.

  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
