Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Business Development
Generate leads through referrals, networking, digital marketing, and site visits.
Identify prospective buyers and investors.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase property sales.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Follow up with prospects and existing clients regularly.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
3. Property Presentation and Site Visits
Arrange and conduct property tours and site visits.
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and amenities.
Deliver professional sales presentations to potential buyers.
Assist customers in evaluating property options.
4. Negotiation and Closing
Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and the company.
Handle objections and provide solutions to customer concerns.
Prepare sales agreements and booking documentation.
Support clients through the closing process.
5. Market Research
Monitor real estate market trends and competitor activities.
Stay updated on property inventory, pricing, and regulations.
Identify new business opportunities and target markets.
6. Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
Update CRM systems regularly.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
Experience in real estate sales, direct sales, or customer relationship management.
Knowledge of property sales processes and local real estate markets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
