Key Responsibilities
• Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Audio-Visual (AV) industry.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and distributors.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated with AV technologies such as interactive panels, studio equipment, projectors, sound systems, and conferencing solutions.
• Lead Generation & Networking: Generate leads through field visits, industry events, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Field Sales & Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and meetings with potential clients.
• Negotiation & Deal Closure: Handle pricing discussions, proposals, and successfully close sales.
• Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Post-Sales Support: Ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate with service teams for installation or troubleshooting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Audio-Visual, IT, Electronics, or Technology products.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Willingness to travel for field sales and client meetings.
• Basic understanding of AV equipment and technology solutions will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
