Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, email campaigns, and cold calling
• Identify new business opportunities in US and Domestic markets
• Pitch company IT services and solutions to potential clients
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable IT service proposals
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure project feasibility
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in CRM
Required Skills
• Experience in IT Sales / IT Service Sales
• Knowledge of Web Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing
• Understanding of SEO, SMO, ERP, and HRMS solutions
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience working with international clients (preferred)
• Ability to work in US Night Shift
• Good understanding of sales pipeline and lead conversion
