Role Summary

We are seeking a result-oriented Telesales Executive to drive sales and revenue through effective telephonic engagement. The role requires a proactive professional who can build strong customer relationships, generate qualified leads, and close sales while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to potential customers via telephone to promote company products/services.

• Understand customer requirements, provide accurate information, and recommend suitable solutions.

• Generate qualified leads and follow up consistently to ensure conversions.

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.

• Maintain updated records of calls, leads, and sales activity in CRM systems.

• Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and communication guidelines.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to engage professionally with clients and handle objections effectively.

• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• High level of confidence, initiative, and resilience.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration/Commerce/Marketing).

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or business development.

• Experience in handling executive-level client interactions will be an added advantage.
