Handle all dealer accounts, including enquiries, order follow-ups, rate sharing, and product details.
Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with accuracy.
Coordinate with the sales team, production, dispatch, and accounts for smooth order processing.
Manage client communication, resolve queries, and ensure timely support.
Track dealer performance and prepare sales analysis reports to help improve sales.
Follow up for orders, payments, and dispatch schedules as required.
Maintain Excel-based MIS reports, stock status, order status, and sales forecasts.
Assist in planning and executing sales enhancement activities.
Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record management for all sales-related activities.
Support marketing & sales activities like new product updates, schemes, and promotions.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas, Sheets Management).
Excellent communication & client-handling skills.
Good understanding of sales coordination and dealer network management.
Ability to multitask, follow processes, and work under deadlines.
Strong reporting, documentation, and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of electrical accessories industry (preferred but not mandatory).
