  • Handle incoming leads from IndiaMART portal

  • Contact buyers via call, WhatsApp, and email

  • Understand customer requirements and provide product/service details

  • Generate inquiries and convert leads into sales

  • Maintain daily follow-ups and update lead status

  • Coordinate with internal team for order closure

  • Achieve monthly sales targets

  • Experience or knowledge of IndiaMART / TradeIndia preferred

  • Good communication and convincing skills

  • Basic computer knowledge
