We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our Ahmedabad team and drive growth through new client acquisition and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT services domain (software development, web/mobile applications, cloud consulting, managed services). • Conduct market research to identify target segments, potential clients, industry trends, competitor activity. • Conduct outreach through cold-calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels to build a pipeline of prospects. • Qualify leads, coordinate with pre-sales/technical teams to prepare proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. • Manage sales cycle: from lead generation → client meetings → proposal → negotiation → deal closure. • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and up-sell/cross-sell opportunities. • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure service offerings match market needs and client expectations. • Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM, provide regular reports & forecasts. • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to company growth plans.
