Data Management & Reporting:
Collect, organize, and analyze market and sales data; prepare monthly performance, progress, and ingredient-wise sales reports; and generate presentations and strategy documents.
Order & Dispatch Coordination:
Manage orders, dispatch schedules, and sample processing; coordinate with logistics partners, distributors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Market Research & Business Development:
Research new products, competitors, and emerging trends; identify key contacts and potential clients; and assist in strategic planning for business growth.
Operations & Coordination:
Liaise with internal teams (plant, logistics, finance) for smooth operations, payment collections, and documentation support.
Promotional & Field Activities:
Conduct market visits, attend exhibitions and expos, support virtual meetings and client visits, and participate in promotional initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
Administrative & Strategic Tasks:
Develop new communication formats, maintain accurate documentation, prepare reports and presentations, and support management in decision-making processes.
