Working Hours: 9:40 AM – 6:40 PM

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers to understand their Personal Loan and OD requirements.

• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and the application process.

• Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.

• Convert potential leads into successful business opportunities.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan application processing.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and applications.

Preferred Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Sales, tele calling, or tele sales experience is an advantage.

• Knowledge of Personal Loans, Credit Cards, or other financial products is preferred.

• Customer handling and relationship management.

• Lead generation and follow-up skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
