Job Title: Sales Executive
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales/Business Executive with at least 3 years of hands on experience in sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining strong follow-ups to achieve sales targets on daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through outbound calls and convert them into sales opportunities.
Conduct regular follow-ups with previous day leads to maintain engagement and increase conversion chances.
Effectively pitch company services to prospective clients and convince them to close the deal.
Maintain proper records of leads, conversations, and sales progress.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates for repeat business.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Strong follow-up and negotiation ability
Target-driven and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management systems
Office Timing- 10:30 to 7pm
