Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Contact customers after completion of their credit report analysis.
Understand the customer's credit report issues and analysis findings.
Explain identified issues in simple and easy-to-understand language.
Explain how the identified issues may affect the customer's credit score and financial profile.
Understand the customer's requirements, concerns, and willingness to proceed.
Explain Credit Samadhaan's credit repair service and the process involved.
Clearly communicate service scope, pricing, timelines, and terms.
Recommend the repair service based on the customer's actual credit report findings.
Conduct consultation and service-pitch calls with customers.
Handle customer questions, doubts, and objections professionally.
Follow up with interested customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other approved communication channels.
Send quotations and service details to interested customers.
Track quotation status and pending customer decisions.
Convert qualified customers into paid credit repair-service customers.
Identify suitable upsell opportunities based on customer requirements.
Coordinate with the analysis, repair, and support teams for smooth customer handover.
Update customer communication, follow-ups, quotations, and conversion status in CRM.
Maintain accurate daily call and conversion records.
Meet monthly conversion, revenue, and follow-up targets.
Maintain professional, ethical, and customer-focused communication at all times.
