Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Conduct follow-up calls and convert leads into successful business.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Prepare and share business proposals, quotations, and presentations as required.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM on a regular basis.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and business development targets.
