Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, strong client relationship management skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution. This role is critical to expanding our customer base, nurturing existing accounts, and contributing to overall business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

  • Track sales activities and performance using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)

  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
