Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive Job Summary CapitalBoon Consulting is hiring an enthusiastic and proactive Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role involves pitching real estate projects to clients and scheduling site visits to ensure high engagement and conversion rates. Key Responsibilities  Effectively pitch real estate projects to prospective clients via calls, emails, and online platforms.  Coordinate and schedule property site visits to engage potential buyers.  Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups.  Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.  Provide insights and feedback on client preferences to improve sales strategies. Qualifications and Skills  Bachelor’s degree (preferred).  Fresher to 6 months of experience in sales or marketing (real estate preferred).  Strong verbal communication skills and a persuasive approach.  High energy, enthusiasm, and a customer-oriented mindset.  Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
