Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in promoting Retail Motor and Health Insurance products.
Help in calling clients for quotations and collecting required details for policy issuance.
Attend inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries and provide product information.
Support in client management by maintaining relationships and ensuring proper follow-ups.
Maintain and update customer data in CRM/software.
Assist in preparing quotations and coordinating policy documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and renewals.
Provide basic support to clients regarding policy details and documentation.
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Interest in sales and insurance industry
Ability to handle calls and interact with clients confidently
Team player with a proactive attitude
