About the Role

Panache Solutions is hiring on behalf of one of its clients in the banking sector . This role focuses on customer acquisition, CASA growth, and achieving sales targets through field activities and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

1) Key Deliverables

• Meet the number of accounts, productivity, and CASA targets

• Achieve FD numbers and value targets

• Ensure at least one FD in every NCA account within 60 days of account opening

• Understand customer needs and ensure no mis-selling

• Ensure zero rejections

• Meet the fee income targets for the assigned catchment

• Adhere to bank policies and guidelines such as KYC & AML

2) Key Tasks

• Conduct catchment mapping to identify potential customers as per bank profile

• Plan and execute activities and lead generation campaigns

• Fulfil leads generated from branch activities (as applicable)

• Build and maintain relationships with new clients for value enhancement

3) Key Daily Activities

• Update Daily Sales Report (DSR) regularly

• Conduct planned activities in coordination with BSM/BM

• Stay updated on product features, FD rates, and offerings

• Track competitor activities and identify business opportunities and threats

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline

• 1–2 years of relevant sales experience

• Customer service orientation

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
