Identify and generate B2C leads through field visits, referrals, cold calls, digital channels, and local marketing activities.
Conduct initial qualification of leads to assess customer requirements, rooftop availability, electricity bill analysis, and feasibility of solar installation.
Schedule and coordinate site surveys with the technical team and accompany them when required.
Prepare and present customized solar proposals, including system size, estimated savings, subsidy information, installation timeline, and ROI analysis.
Handle objections and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and installation scope to successfully close deals.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and closure status in the CRM / Sales Tracker.
Coordinate with the design, installation, finance, and subsidy teams to ensure smooth handover after order confirmation.
Collect necessary documentation from customers (KYC, electricity bills, property documents, etc.).
Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, society meetings, and local awareness programs to generate new leads.
