This is a performance-dependent role. Your base salary is payable only when you meet the minimum monthly collection benchmark as defined in the Qlass Sales Incentive Policy. High performers grow rapidly through salary milestones and monthly incentives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student & Parent Counselling

  • Conduct telephonic and in-person counselling sessions to understand academic needs.

  • Present Qlass programs with clarity, confidence, and conviction.

2. Sales & Revenue Achievement

  • Convert leads into enrolments through structured follow-up and personalised guidance.

  • Deliver consistent monthly admissions and ensure timely fee collections.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly collection benchmarks to activate salary and incentives.

3. Lead & Pipeline Management

  • Work on leads through CRM, marketing funnels, referrals, school tie-ups, and walk-ins.

  • Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and conversion notes.

4. Collaboration & Execution

  • Coordinate with academic, operations, and marketing teams for seamless onboarding.

  • Participate in events, parent meetings, and outreach activities.

5. Reporting & Strategy

  • Submit daily/weekly performance reports.

  • Plan monthly sales strategies to achieve milestones (10, 20, 25, 40, 50, 75, 100 sales).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential

  • Strong communication skills (Hindi required; English preferred).

  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and close.

  • Target-driven, resilient, and comfortable working in a performance-first environment.

  • Basic computer proficiency (CRM, WhatsApp, Sheets).

Preferred

  • 1–3 years of experience in EdTech sales, tele-counselling, or revenue-based roles.

Performance Expectations (Aligned with Qlass Incentive Policy)

1. Minimum Monthly Performance Benchmark

To unlock monthly salary and incentives, your monthly collection must be at least equal to your base salary.

  • If benchmark is met → Base Salary + Incentives payable

  • If benchmark is not met → Base Salary not payable for that month

(One-time relaxation exists only for job continuity, not salary payout or incentive eligibility.)

2. Monthly Incentives (Uncapped)

  • 5% on sales < ₹15,000

  • 3% on sales ≥ ₹15,000

  • Accelerated rates (6% and 4%) once you cross 200% of your base salary in monthly collections

Incentives are paid on the 15th of the following month.

3. Base Salary Growth

Your base salary increases as you achieve cumulative yearly sales milestones:

10 → 20 → 25 → 40 → 50 → 75 → 100+ sales

High performers enjoy fast salary progression.

  • Achieves 8–15 admissions/month

  • Maintains >90% collection efficiency

  • Crosses sales milestones within the first 6–9 months
