We are looking for a Telecalling Executive (Real Estate) who can confidently handle outbound and inbound calls, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team. The candidate should communicate property details clearly and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients for real estate projects
Handle inbound customer queries related to plots.
Explain project details such as location, pricing, amenities, and payment plans
Schedule site visits and follow up with interested customers
Maintain call records and update CRM regularly
Build trust and long-term relationships with clients
Achieve daily calling targets and lead conversion goals
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
Good communication skills in Hindi
Basic knowledge of real estate sales is an advantage
Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly
Ability to handle objections and follow up effectively
Basic computer knowledge
Freshers can apply; training will be provided

Experience in telecalling, customer service, or real estate sales
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
