Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for assigned territory
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and builders
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical guidance to customers
Ensure proper product placement, branding, and visibility in the market
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with technical/service teams for resolution
Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding follow-ups
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and daily activity updates
Support promotional activities, schemes, and new product launches
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
2–5 years of sales experience in the paint or building materials industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Good knowledge of decorative/industrial paints and application processes
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Valid driving license (if field role)
