KEY RESPONSIBILITES: -
Generate follow-ups through cold calling.
Build long term relationships with clients.
Maintain updated knowledge of available properties and conduct site visit.
Achieve monthly sales targets. Promote sales of residential and commercial properties.
Ensure to maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with potential clients.
Keep track of all calls made and ensure that all information is accurate and up to mark.
Generate reports of productive leads, the success rate of calls, and other relevant metrics for the management.
KEY REQUIREMENTS: -
Graduation is must.
Minimum experience 6 months -2 Years
Experience in real estate would be the preference
Familiar with CRM software.
Good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Real Estate Industry and sales processes.
