Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our client base in the export-import and logistics sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing client relationships, and promoting our logistics services, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, and international shipping.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the export-import and logistics domain.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, freight forwarders, and trade partners.

Understand client requirements and propose tailored logistics solutions.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Stay updated with international trade regulations, INCOTERMS, and customs procedures.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed.

Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or related fields.

1-2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in logistics or export-import.

Knowledge of global trade practices, shipping terms, and logistics solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in freight forwarding or working with CHA (Customs House Agents).

Understanding of sea, air, and road transport logistics.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Salary -

Fresher - 15k

1 yr exp - 20k

2 yr exp - 25k
