Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, result-driven Sales Executive with 3-5 years of experience in B2B Logistics/Freight sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a "hunter" who can drive new business, secure new clients, and manage client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
New Client Acquisition: Proactively prospect, qualify, and close new B2B customers.
Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Quoting & Negotiation: Prepare, negotiate, and submit competitive freight rates and quotations (Air/Ocean/Surface). Coordination: Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth order execution. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or 3PL. Strong knowledge of International Logistics, customs clearance, Freight Forwarding by Air & Sea. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
