Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at Lysaght taperline poles private Limited. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 25,000 - ₹ 30,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with sales team to achieve targets
Handle customer enquiries, quotations & sales documentation
Follow up on leads, orders & project status
Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, operations)
Maintain customer commicaation & provide post-sales support
Prepare MIS reports and sales data
Support payment follow-ups and documentation
Assist in resolving customer issues.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 4 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Computer Knowledge, Lead Generation, MS ExcelExcellent communication in english, targets, Quotation is an added advantage.
