Job Description:

Om Jewellers is looking for a well-spoken and experienced Sales Executive / Counter Sales Girl for our Borivali West showroom. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the jewellery industry, a customer-first attitude, and fluency in Gujarati.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and assist walk-in customers with jewellery selection

• Showcase and explain product features confidently

• Handle customer queries and build lasting relationships

• Support billing and token processes as required

• Maintain clean and well-organized display counters

• Achieve daily/monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Prior experience in jewellery or retail sales (1+ year preferred)

• Must be fluent in Gujarati, basic English/Hindi is a plus

• Well-groomed, polite, and good at customer handling

• Ready to work in a showroom environment

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
