We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Assistant Manager – B2B Sales to support business growth by managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and assisting in leading the sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Identify and acquire new B2B clients through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing business clients to increase revenue and retention.
Support the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies and campaigns.
Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close business deals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and operations.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics, pipelines, and forecasts.
Provide support and training to junior sales executives when required.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Ensure all client interactions are recorded in the CRM and follow-up activities are completed.
2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong business acumen and client-handling capabilities.
Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Office tools.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Willingness to travel for client meetings if required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in sales is a plus.
Understanding of long sales cycles and enterprise-level sales processes.
