The Cluster Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue and expanding the customer base within an assigned geographical cluster. The role focuses on customer acquisition, reactivation of inactive clients, regular follow-ups, and on-ground market engagement. The executive will actively promote Om Turanth’s services, ensure consistent customer interaction, and support revenue growth through disciplined execution and relationship management.
Identify and approach potential customers within the assigned cluster through field visits and tele-calling.
Convert prospects into active customers by effectively presenting company services and value propositions.
Conduct regular follow-ups to close leads and achieve assigned sales targets.
Client Retention & Reactivation
Maintain updated records of regular, inactive, and lost customers within the cluster.
Re-engage inactive or lost customers through structured follow-ups and relationship-building efforts.
Ensure continuous engagement with existing clients to generate repeat business.
Referral & Revenue Growth
Identify satisfied customers and request referrals to generate new business opportunities.
Connect with referred leads and convert them into regular customers.
4. Market Research & Field Activity
Conduct on-ground market research to identify potential businesses and logistics users.
Monitor competitor activity and identify business gaps or opportunities.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain accurate daily and weekly sales activity records.
Submit regular reports on customer visits, leads generated, conversions, and revenue progress.
