Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition & Business Development

 Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and

residential sectors.

 Develop strategic partnerships with consultants, contractors, and facility managers

2. Sales Planning & Execution

 Create and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.

 Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, site visits, proposal submission,

negotiation, and closing.

3. Product & Solution Selling

 Recommend tailored fire safety solutions (sprinklers, alarms, hydrants, suppression

systems).

 Understand NFPA, IS, and local fire safety regulations to pitch compliant solutions.

4. Team Collaboration & Leadership

 Mentor and guide junior sales staff.

 Coordinate with design and installation teams for project handovers and technical

clarifications.

5. Client Relationship Management Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

 Conduct regular follow-ups, satisfaction surveys, and after-sales support.

6. Reporting & Forecasting

 Provide weekly and monthly sales reports.

 Track market trends, competitor analysis, and share insights with management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

 1–6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in fire safety or MEP industry.

 Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a technical sales environment.

 Strong communication and negotiation skills

 Technical aptitude to understand and explain product specifications
