Sales Co-ordinator

### Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to manage client inquiries, follow up on leads, and support the sales and design teams in converting prospects into confirmed projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good product understanding, and a passion for interiors and customer interaction.

### Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming leads and inquiries via phone, email, and social media.

• Explain company services, design process, and pricing structure to potential clients.

• Schedule client meetings, follow up on leads, and maintain strong client relations.

• Coordinate between clients, sales executives, and design teams.

• Maintain lead data and status updates in CRM or Excel reports.

• Support sales presentations and proposal preparation.

• Follow up on quotations and assist in closing deals.

• Ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads to the design/sales team.

### Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in •pre-sales, client servicing, or telecalling•• (preferably in interiors or real estate).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and lead management tools (CRM preferred).

• Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented.
