Job Description

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller for B2B Sales who can handle client communication, generate leads, and build strong business relationships.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to dealers, distributors, architects, fabricators, and business clients

Introduce company products and services to potential customers

Generate leads and follow up on inquiries

Maintain customer database and daily call records

Coordinate with sales team for quotations and orders

Build long-term relationships with clients

Achieve monthly sales and calling targets

Requirements:

Good communication and convincing skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp communication

Experience in B2B sales or telecalling preferred

Ability to handle customers professionally
