Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads: Identify potential clients and decision-makers from a provided database.

• Sales presentations: Conduct product and service demonstrations for prospective clients.

• Penetrate accounts: Originate sales opportunities by introducing products and services to new and existing clients.

• Achieve targets: Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly business and revenue targets.

• Follow-up: Systematically follow up with leads to close deals.

• Payment collection: Ensure all payments from clients are collected as per the company's terms.

Inside Sales and Customer Servicing

• Manage client relationships: Build and maintain productive relationships with clients over the phone and via video calls.

• Client retention and upsell: Focus on retaining existing clients, optimizing revenue through upselling, and handling renewals.

• Product accuracy: Ensure products and services are correctly listed and described in the client's e-catalog.

• Complaint resolution: Promptly resolve client complaints and ensure they are deriving benefits from the platform.

• Systematic follow-up: Assist the sales team by following up with clients for time-bound closures.
