We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and persuasive professional who can drive lead generation for our business. This is a dual-responsibility role combining telecalling and business development. You will be responsible for initiating conversations, identifying interested prospects, and creating qualified leads for the sales team. You’ll also support offline events and outreach activities to grow our brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to pitch investment opportunities
Maintain high daily calling & follow-up activity to generate steady leads
Identify customer needs and qualify them based on defined criteria
Maintain lead details in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
Schedule meetings and property site visits for the sales team
Participate in on-ground promotional activities and events for lead generation
Share market insights and build trust-based relationships with customers
Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation and qualification targets
Skills & Requirements0–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, BDR, or similar roles
Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English
Confident, target-driven, and comfortable with outbound calling
Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly
Basic understanding of real estate is a plus, not mandatory (training provided)
Willingness to travel within the city for events (when required)
Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced team
