Job Overview

MVR Signature Space Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and result-oriented Sales Executives with prior experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, references, and other sales channels.

• Connect with potential clients and understand their property requirements.

• Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and project benefits.

• Arrange and conduct client meetings and site visits.

• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular sales reports.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales is mandatory.

• Candidates without real estate sales experience will not be considered.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Strong negotiation and client-handling abilities.

• Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.

• Basic knowledge of real estate projects and property sales.
