Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Professionals to join our sales team in Gurugram.

The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 7 years of experience in Gurgaon/Gurugram real estate sales with good knowledge of the local property market, strong client-handling skills, and a proven ability to generate leads and close sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up with prospective clients
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
• Conduct client meetings and property site visits
• Generate and convert leads into successful bookings
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure timely closures
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Keep updated with ongoing projects, inventory, pricing, and market trends in Gurugram
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and closures

Requirements

• 6 Months to 7 Years of experience in Gurgaon/Gurugram Real Estate Sales
• Good knowledge of the Gurugram property market
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident and presentable personality
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to handle clients professionally and drive sales closures
• Experience with residential/commercial real estate projects will be preferred
• Candidates from reputed real estate developers, brokerage firms, or channel partners are preferred
