Generate and manage leads across Surat region.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Deliver strong product presentations and demonstrations.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals effectively.
Track competitor trends and market opportunities.
Build strong connections with architects, builders, contractors, and homeowners.
Act as the single point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and customer feedback.
Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Maintain accurate sales records and client database.
Understand the full product range: ceramic tiles, sanitary ware (WC, sinks, basins, etc.), and accessories.
Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions.
Provide technical guidance for customers’ purchasing decisions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in sales or client relations, preferably in ceramics, sanitary ware, or building materials.
Skills:
