Job Description :
Sales Executive's job description in software involves generating leads, managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, building and nurturing client relationships, understanding software products and their value, achieving sales targets, and staying updated on market trends

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Proven knowledge of Sales, B2C & B2B sales strategies.

• Experience in Lead Generation and Client Acquisition.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.

• Proficiency in basic Excel, E-mail drafting, and MS Office tools.

• Ability to manage operations, record management, and documentation.

• Knowledge of handling invoices, quotations, and sales proposals.

• Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving skills.

• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.

• Graduation in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• Prior experience in sales or a similar role will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities :

• Identify and generate new leads through B2C and B2B channels.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

• Prepare and share quotations, invoices, and proposals with clients.

• Manage sales operations, including record management and documentation.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.

• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to execute campaigns.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales activities and pipeline progress.

• Represent the company in meetings, events, or client presentations.
