Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell Merown Electric products in government, institutional, dealer, distributor, and project markets. The candidate should have strong communication skills, field sales experience, and knowledge of solar and electrical products.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through field visits, calls, online portals, and references.
Develop dealer, distributor, contractor, and government client networks.
Promote Merown Electric products in institutional and project markets.
Handle inquiries from GeM, tenders, and government departments.
Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and negotiate orders.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct product presentations and client meetings.
Coordinate with internal teams for dispatch and delivery updates.
Maintain strong customer relationships and after-sales support.
Submit daily sales reports and market feedback.
Identify new market opportunities and competitor activities.
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email
Basic understanding of solar and electrical products
Ability to travel for field sales
Good client handling and presentation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Electrical, Electronics, Business, or related field
MBA Marketing preferred but not mandatory
Experience
1–5 Years in Sales & Marketing
Experience in solar, electrical, lighting, battery, or infrastructure industry preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
