We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through networking, site visits, cold calling, and digital platforms.

• Meet potential clients, understand their property requirements, and present suitable options.

• Conduct site visits and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.

• Prepare and update sales reports regularly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated and target-driven.

• Knowledge of local real estate market will be an added advantage.

• Own vehicle preferred (with valid driving license).
