We are seeking a street-smart, target-driven Sales Professional who can open doors, close deals, and build long-term client relationships in the Facilities Management sector.
This role is not for average performers — it is for individuals who thrive on targets, incentives, and rapid growth.
Compensation & Growth
Fixed: ₹13,946/- ₹22,000/month (evaluated based on years of experience in same industry and performance background check from previous employer)
Incentive: 5% on Net Profit (Unlimited Earning Potential)
Monthly appraisal-driven increments & role enhancement
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities (B2B focus: corporates, factories, malls, residential complexes, IT parks, hospitals, etc.)
Conduct field visits, client meetings, and presentations
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals independently
Coordinate with operations team for smooth onboarding of clients
Ensure monthly revenue and profit targets are achieved
Submit daily reporting and weekly progress updates

Monthly new client acquisition
Revenue generation & profitability
Conversion ratio (leads to closures)
Client retention and relationship strength
Market coverage across assigned territory
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (Facilities Management preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
Willingness for extensive field work and travel
Self-motivated, disciplined and result-oriented mindset
