Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote logistics services.

• Explain company services clearly and professionally over the phone.

• Identify client needs and suggest suitable logistics solutions.

• Maintain client database, follow up regularly, and build lasting business relationships.

• Schedule meetings or site visits with interested clients and coordinate with the operations team.

• Handle inquiries, resolve basic client concerns, and escalate issues when necessary.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.

• Minimum qualification: +2 or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

• Friendly, confident, and persuasive personality.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, ETC).

• Punctual, professional, and result-oriented.
