Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive International Sales Caller to join our Export Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making international sales calls to prospective clients, building relationships, and closing sales. All necessary data will be provided, and you will be equipped with our dedicated calling app.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct 30 to 50 international sales calls daily
· Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
· Present and promote company products and services to international prospects.
· Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
· Coordinate and follow up with clients via email to support sales efforts and maintain communication.
· Keep detailed records of all interactions with clients.
· Use the provided calling app effectively and efficiently.
Qualification: Any Graduate
Requirements:
• 2-7 years of experience in sales or a similar customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and goal-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with export sales processes is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using sales and CRM software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to keep accurate records.
• Proficiency in email communication and coordination.
