Job Role & Responsibilities • Represent the company at the front end and be the first point of contact for customers. • Handle incoming enquiries from platforms such as Just Dial, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other digital sources. • Generate new leads from Google My Business, exhibitions, references, and other available platforms. • Make outbound and inbound sales calls to understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions. • Maintain proper follow-ups to convert enquiries into sales opportunities. • Achieve monthly targets for: o Number of calls o Lead conversions o Sales closures • Maintain accurate call records and customer details. Skills & Requirements • Energetic and confident speaker with excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. • Fluency in any additional regional language will be a plus point. • Strong discipline towards daily calling targets and attendance. • Confident voice and strong convincing ability to handle high-ticket deals. • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and result-oriented mindset.
