Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell domestic and international travel packages to individual and group clients.

• Handle incoming travel inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins.

• Provide clients with destination and itinerary recommendations based on their preferences and budgets.

• Convert leads generated through marketing into successful bookings.

• Coordinate with vendors, airlines, and hotels to finalize bookings.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Stay updated on travel trends, visa regulations, and promotional offers.

• Attend travel trade shows, fairs, and events when required.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers and referrals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in travel sales, tour operations, or a related field (1-3 years preferred).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations and travel logistics.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferred.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
