Job Description

Ingex Botanicals seeking an International Sales Executive to take full ownership of the sales cycle, driving business expansion in the USA, Europe, and Asia. This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will take over existing customer accounts from the marketing team, nurture relationships, and develop new business opportunities. The role requires a proactive, strategic, and results-driven professional to expand our international market presence.

Job Title /Designation: Sales Executive

Qualification: Masters’ degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in international sales of botanical ingredients with a proven track record in the U.S., European, and Asian markets.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts handed over by the marketing team.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in the USA, Europe, and Asia.

  • Own the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and client acquisition to closing deals and post-sales relationship management.

  • Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with nutraceutical, dietary supplement, and ingredient distribution companies.

  • Identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends.

  • Negotiate and finalize contracts while ensuring compliance with global trade regulations.

  • Work closely with R&D, production, and marketing teams to align product offerings with market demands.

  • Represent Ingex Botanicals at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to build brand visibility.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring sustainable revenue growth.

  • Ability to travel internationally as required for business development and client meetings.

  • Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies
