JOB DESCRIPTION-

ASSOCIATE Sales

We are offering a key position for Associates Sales and the primary requirements are mentioned below:

● Collaborating with Freelancers - Most of the deliverables are outsourced to freelancing team managed through inhouse CRM system. Hence, you need to collaborate with Freelancers for smooth delivery.

● Passing on Requirements to Freelancers - Sometimes there might be gap in requirements and ad-hoc requirements come up from the client. Hence, you need to explain the new deliverable and clear out all possible gaps.

● Collaborating with Clients - This is an email level engagement with the client and it requires answering any client queries with the help of Freelancers, Forwarding solutions, sorting our any disputes and client amendments within the timeline provided.

● Team Collaborating (Remote and Inhouse): Apart from gaining expertise in the key areas of operations and client communication, you are expected to work closely with the remote teams sales team and allocation team in the company premise.

● Customer Relationship Management - Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs KEY

SKILLS REQUIRED:

● Reporting Skills - Reporting delays and delivered orders in a presentable and understandable formats.

● Technical Literacy (Must) - File type formats, Few software tools that are commonly used in the company premise, curious about new sales processes and eager to Google for new concepts.

● Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organizations

● Excellent Verbal , telephonic conversation skills.

● Excellent Writing skills in the business domain - It requires email, escalations, resolution and support emails.
