Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Executive to handle booking requests efficiently and ensure a seamless experience for guests. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle high volumes of reservations accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and emails related to reservation inquiries and bookings.

• Process reservations through reservation platforms.

• Update availability and rates in the system as per guidelines.

• Coordinate with the front office and other departments for smooth guest check-ins.

• Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure confirmation is shared with guests.

• Handle reservation amendments, cancellations, and special requests.

• Provide information about facilities, rates, packages, and promotions.

• Manage group bookings and corporate accounts as assigned.

• Upsell hotel services, upgrades, and packages to maximize revenue.

• Resolve guest concerns related to reservations in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Hotel Management or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in reservations or front office operations (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in hotel reservations or a similar hospitality role.

• Knowledge of OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms and B2B portals.

• Basic understanding of revenue management and yield strategies.
